Shah Khaled Hasan Chowdhury Paheen was born and raised in Naogaon District, a region known for its heritage, agriculture, and hard-working people. Coming from a respected family deeply rooted in community values, he has been inspired from an early age to contribute to public service and social development.

After completing his education in Public Administration, he became actively involved in youth leadership programs and social entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has worked closely with local communities, helping to design small-scale development projects and support underprivileged students.
